It’s Been a While…

Excuses, excuses…  in all honesty, we’re in the midst of switching the furniture in two of our upstairs bedrooms to make room for baby!  In so doing, the computer armoir is out of commission, so it’s not so easy to get computer time for the photo uploads and website updates.  I think we’re on the downhill stretch as far as the reshuffling and redecorating goes, so we should be back to our regular routine soon.

On another note, we had a lovely (though bittersweet due to the fact that the reason for the visit was to attend a memorial service for one of Patrick’s dear childhood friends) day and a half at the coast last weekend.  The weather in Seaside was really great, allowing us to stroll the beach and even attend the Crab & Seafood Festival at the county fairgrounds.  I added a few photos to the April gallery for your viewing pleasure.  Enjoy!

Weekend Update

What a fun weekend!  Heather, Barney and Lindsay came down from Bellingham for a visit.  Yippee!  It’s always so nice to have them… and since Patrick can’t get away from the shop long enough for a trip up to their place, it’s his only chance to see Linsday.  I know he was shocked to see her fully running around now… she’s growing up so fast!  On Saturday, Patrick and I had to work for most of the day, so the Boisvert gang hung out with Carrie and Simeon.  That evening, we watched Shark Tales together (not as good as I had hoped though).  Sunday really turned out to be a blast since Korrisa brought Deontay over to play.  They don’t so much play together just yet, as much as just in the same vicinity - but it’s still fun to watch them.  They are both totally infatuated with our animals (birds, cats and dog).  We took some photos of the play date and they can be seen in the newly added April 2005 gallery.  Take a look.

On another note, the carpeting is finally complete at the Northwoods cabin and we’re on to the next project(s).  We’ll keep you updated!
